Name: Intensive with Mr. Kriss – Freedom and creativity in dance
Description: In this intensive we will firstly focus on connecting to ourselves and the group.
Kriss will introduce a few exercises which will help us feel comfortable and connected to our full potential. Then through various dance exercises, play and exploration we will dive into topics such as: falling / moving on the floor with confidence / lightness / flexibility and threading / originality in dance. The aim is to walk away connected, empowered and confident in your own body. You will also be able to purchase original artwork and clothing by Mr.Kriss, specially made for the workshop.
